Fine Line is looking for is looking for an Office Coordinator who can help us create a more productive work environment, while ensuring that our clients get the support they need. The ideal candidate for this position is an organized, detail-oriented individual who is able to manage multiple projects at once in an small office environment. Requirements

  • Answer phones and direct visitors appropriately
  • Manage appointment calendars for client meetings and appointments
  • Excellent team work and people skills
  • Maintain the stock levels for office and submit purchase requests to management when necessary
  • Coordinate and plan company social events that take place during and after business hours
  • Strong organizational and communications skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong sense of discretion and professionalism

What you’ll be doing

  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
  • Schedule client appointments and meetings with Fine Line staff
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
  • Support other staff with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
