Meet the Latest Addition to the Fine Line Team!

It's been a year of changing and rearranging for the folks at Fine Line, but with the addition of Rebecca Materniak to the team, we seem to have found our stride.

Rebecca will be the friendly face who greets you when you come visit us at the office. She will also be responsible for answering and directing your phone calls, assisting Frank with meetings and customer management, and generally making life easier for all of us.

Fine Line Offices Closed Friday, November 4

The leaves are changing, the weather is getting colder, and the days are getting shorter. That can only mean one thing here in Delaware – it’s Punkin Chunkin time!

Fine Line will be closing up shop on Friday, November 4 to participate in the festivities and even enter our own Punkin Chunker in the competition! So come on out to cheer us on. There will be plenty of fun activities for the whole family.

Fine Line's Joomla! Day New York Adventure

After a couple of slight mishaps, including a flat tire and one of us almost getting stranded at a rest stop (long story,) the Fine Line production team finally made it to New York for Joomla! Day in one piece.

We were able to meet and compare notes with our fellow developers, and attend seminars hosted by knowledgeable Joomla! experts.

Thank you for joining us at the 2011 Delaware State Fair!

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone that stopped by the Fine Line tent at the Delaware State Fair last week!

The Fair was hot and muggy from start to finish... but our friends and clients helped to keep it fun and entertaining regardless! We walked away from the event with new friends, some great leads and a bevy of marketing ideas for the future.

Seven more sites have reached the Joomla! Community Showcase

We're happy to announce that seven more sites that we've helped design have reached the Joomla! Community Showcase!

The Breakers Hotel & Suites, RSC Landscaping, The Beaches and Beyond, Shore Property Maintenance, Hook Productions, Maria DeForrest Photography and Kemp's Liquors were all added in July!

Each site was given a custom website design by Fine Line's staff and utilizes the Joomla! Content Management system.

We've got two more planned already this spring, and have even more in the works for the summer months! We'll next appear at the library on April 21, and then again on May 12.

Our April 21 session will cover Basic Device Management - from the easiest way to wrangle your email box to tying your phone to your computer... anything you want to know, we'll cover.

Our May 12 appearance (Save a Tree) will cover the many programs and tools your computer provides that can help you go paperless!

Remember, Tech Nights begin promptly at 6 p.m. on the night that they're scheduled - don't be late!

Two more Fine Line sites in the Joomla! Community Showcase

We're happy to announce that both the Children's Beach House and Rehoboth Dream Homes projects have been added to the Joomla! Community Showcase!

The Children's Beach House project featured a combination of Joomla! and Magento using the MageBridge Connector, allowing it to have content rich pages and host products, registration forms and donation options.

The Rehoboth Dream Homes site is Joomla! driven and came with the RETS system, allowing for the most up to date real estate listings available.

We'll be kicking off our 2011 Tech Night calendar when we appear at the Lewes Library at 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 31!

Our first Tech Night of the year will feature a breakdown of some of our favorite upcoming tech gadgets for 2011 - from the hottest new innovations to upgraded versions of existing products... we'll cover what you should be looking out for in 2011!
