Fine Line provided the Emmert/King team with two major renovations - the Joomla! Content Management System and the RETS real estate system. RETS brought the site's real estate listings up to snuff, and Joomla! made it easy for the client to manage the site.

Also included were contact forms, custom content pages and more.

After installing the Real Estate Transaction Standard (RETS), Fine Line went about customizing it to fit the Emmert/King Team's needs.

Fine Line integrated the system to fit the site's design and constructed the listing detail pages as per the client's requests.

Also included were customized MLS Search forms.

Another new addition to the Emmert/King team website was the Sussex County Town content pages.

Developed by Fine Line's content specialists, the town pages highlight the perks of a number of prime Sussex County towns - from available real estate to the many amenities that they offer.

The pages also include complete real estate listings, a town map and SEO friendly terms and phrases.
