Lewes Real Estate came to Fine Line in search of a fresh look and improved real estate system - and Fine Line was happy to oblige.

Sporting a custom web design and layout from designer Tom Brown, the new Lewes Real Estate site was given the RETS real estate system - ensuring faster and more efficient real estate listings site wide.

Featured neighborhoods, content assistance, contact forms and more were also part of the project.

The RETS installation allowed Fine Line to provide Lewes Real Estate with the most efficient real estate listings on the market - and to customize them as the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group saw fit.

Fine Line also managed to tweak the RETS caching, ensuring that listings now load even faster than ever, regardless of how much information they have.

The layout and design of the listings was crafted to fit the site's overarching theme.

Lewes Real Estate wanted to feature a variety of Lewes-area communities throughout the site, and Fine Line delivered.

Using the RETS powered featured listing modules, Fine Line built an SEO friendly Lewes Featured Communities section that encompasses all of Lewes' premier real estate locales.

Content was provided by the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group and reviewed by Fine Line's content specialists.

The RETS installation allowed Fine Line to build a custom real estate listing template with Lewes Real Estate's interests in mind.

Specific attributes were highlighted in the listing; with gallery photos featured front and center. Fine Line embedded a contact form into the listings themselves, making it even easier for interested parties to reach out and contact the Lewes Real Estate team.

The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group is also the publisher of the DE Beach Blog - and Fine Line helped incorporate the blog into the site.

Along with setting up an RSS feed that keeps the on-site blog up to date with the live one, Fine Line created a featured DE Beach Blog banner that catches the eye.

The blog's inclusion lends more useful information to the site, and assists in SEO practices.
