Excellent customer service starts with your first phone call or visit. Answering that phone call and greeting you at the door will be Krista. Her extensive background in customer service means her mind is always trying to find the best solution for you while making sure that you have the best experience possible. Her job titles include but are not limited to: IT tech wrangler, scheduling magician, deposit deputy, keeper of the phones, and master of inventory.
Krista holds a Bachelor of Science from East Stroudsburg University, and took a long road through several career paths to get to where she is now. From being an activities director, to sales and marketing at a resort in the Poconos, to managing the front desk of an ocean front hotel, she has picked up a lot of useful skills along the way before finding her home here at Fine Line. She has had a lifelong interest in technology, which stems from many hours of instant messaging as a teenager, being her family’s “Tech Support” and teaching herself web design basics when managing a resort’s website.
In her spare time, she enjoys playing a variety of instruments, listening to music, playing video games, and, of course, going to the beach. One of her best qualities is her ability to make really bad jokes and amazing puns, which no one ever gets sick of... Ever.
