Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Fine Line will be implementing workflow changes to better serve and protect our clients.

We will be limiting person to person contact as much as possible and have taken the following steps to keep everyone safe:

  • Client meetings will be conducted via phone whenever possible
  • Remote service calls will be our primary response to support calls. (Onsite for business-critical issues remains.)
  • Client communication will be primarily via email. If you need to call the office it will be directed to our office coordinator and a call back will be scheduled.
  • We have asked that any staff member not feeling well to stay home and consult with their doctor.
  • Our staff has been given the flexibility to work from remote locations when necessary.

These precautionary measures are being taken out of an abundance of caution to keep us all safe. We are still open, and here to help when you need us.
