IT Technician
We are looking for someone that is motivated in the IT world and likes to keep up with all the newest technology. As you will be working directly with clients, treating that aspect of the job as a highlight not a chore is crucial. Obviously, the more you know the better but the most important trait we look for is the ability to learn (and retain) new systems on the fly while also knowing when to raise a flag and reach out for help.
Requirements
- Professional and friendly in a business environment
- Knowledgeable in all Windows / Mac OS platforms
- Familiarity with common office programs
- Knowledge of general hardware and peripheral devices
Preferred Experience
- Security and backup processes for businesses
- Setting and configuration of complex office networks wired/wireless)
- Ability to work with hardware / software vendors
- Maintaining web servers (apache, php, mysql)
- Setting up and configuration of phone systems

The job is full time, five days a week, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours and includes emergency support from time to time. We offer great benefits and competitive salaries.
